Refund policy

At Moorish, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products as such, we have no refund policy. All sales are final and non refundable.

 

Damages and Issues: in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us for immediate assistance to help you evaluate the issue and make it right. 

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and we are responsible for action taken against customer. We receive the right to refuse service for any false chargebacks

Pre Orders: In the case that one of our products are pre orders, the shipping will be longer than a normal product we will express that numerous times throughout our platforms and website. Any chargebacks that are submitted against pre order products will have correct action taking against.
